Costs

Shipping for the Gardenia GrowPod 1.0: free above 50€. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. All product prices include VAT.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days with tracking provided by email. If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Damaged parcels

If your GrowPod arrives damaged, contact us at info@shop-gardenia.com with a photo of the parcel and product — we will arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
