Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this online shop, operated by Urban Klajderic ("Gardenia", "we"). Consumers within the meaning of EU consumer law are natural persons acting outside their trade or profession.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

Product listings in the shop are a non-binding invitation to order. By completing checkout you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before checkout is completed. Payment is processed through Shopify's checkout using the payment methods displayed there.

4. Delivery

We deliver to most parts of the EU. Delivery times and costs are described in the shipping policy. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay and refund any payments already made.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, the model withdrawal form, and the consequences of withdrawal are set out in our returns & right of withdrawal policy.

6. Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty of two years from delivery applies. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory product liability law; otherwise liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

7. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Applicable law

Slovenian law applies , excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
