Where we ship

We ship across the European Union — all 26 member states we hold delivery rates for, including Austria, Germany, Slovenia, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Poland. If your country is not offered at checkout, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get a GrowPod to you.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of the order being placed. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch, with tracking.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery times can stretch around public holidays and at the end of the year. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, write to info@shop-gardenia.com and we will chase it.

Shipping costs

Standard delivery is free on every order. Express delivery is available for €8. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay, and all product prices include VAT.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves.

Customs and duties

We ship from within the EU single market, so there are no customs charges or import duties on orders delivered inside the European Union.

If something goes wrong

Parcels are occasionally damaged or lost in transit. If that happens, it is our problem rather than yours — write to info@shop-gardenia.com and we will replace the order or refund it. See our returns and right of withdrawal page for the full detail.
