It looks like a lamp. That was the whole reason I chose it over the plastic ones — it sits on the counter and nobody asks what it is.
Works well and the basil is genuinely better than shop bought. Parsley took nearly three weeks to come up though, so be patient with the slower herbs.
Bought it for the mint for tea and now the whole thing is full. Mint takes over, plant it in its own pouch away from the rest.
Quiet, no fan, no app, no notifications. Fill it, plug it in, cut herbs. Exactly what I wanted.
Our flat faces a courtyard so nothing grows on the sill from October. This solved that completely.
