Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right, inform us — info@shop-gardenia.com — of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. email or letter). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, at no fee. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back to Aljaževa 24, 2310, Slovenska Bistrica, Slovenia without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods . You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Statutory warranty

Independently of the right of withdrawal, the statutory warranty of two years from delivery applies to all products.
